Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the unique interplay of fruit, floral and savory herbal notes that this variety exhibits when at its very best. At first, the wine is brimming with aromas of blackberry and Crème de Cassis. As it settles in, enticing notes of sage, tobacco leaf and cedar come into play. A beautiful balance of acidity and structure give it an alluring, nuanced tension. As the wine further uncoils in the glass, delicate hints of violet unfold.
